ISO 14001 Statement
Official corporate environmental declaration outlining our closed-loop bio-refinery commitments, zero-chemical manufacturing protocols, and carbon-negative LCA verification.
Audited Accreditations & International Standards
Core Environmental Commitments
1. Upcycling Agricultural Byproducts
Coir Club operates exclusively on post-harvest discarded coconut husks harvested within a 65 km radius of our bio-refinery hubs. By repurposing this fibrous biomass, we eliminate open-air pit burning and prevent methane release in local agricultural waste streams.
2. Closed-Loop Freshwater & Zero Leaching
All cocopeat desalinization washing bays utilize closed-circuit recirculation systems coupled with biological sedimentation ponds. We enforce a zero-chemical policy: no synthetic binders, formaldehyde resins, or chemical bleach are introduced at any processing stage.
3. Solar Drying & Renewable Energy Dominance
Over 85% of fiber drying is conducted on dedicated solar concrete drying courtyards under direct equatorial sunlight. Auxiliary processing power is sourced from rooftop solar photovoltaic arrays and regional biomass thermal cogeneration.
4. Carbon Negative Lifecycle Auditing (LCA)
In strict accordance with ISO 14040/14044 Life Cycle Assessment guidelines, our cradle-to-gate carbon balance is validated at -0.42 kg CO₂e per kilogram of processed coir fiber—sequestering more atmospheric carbon in cellular botanical lignin than consumed during factory processing.
Third-Party Environmental Verification & Transparency
Coir Club Technologies commits to transparent annual environmental audits published for commercial clients, government agricultural ministries, and accredited environmental bodies. We mandate that our raw material suppliers operate in full accordance with ethical labor covenants, fair farmgate coconut pricing, and zero deforestation practices.
Comprehensive LCA carbon footprint reports and ISO 14001 compliance audit filings for commercial ESG tenders.
