1. Acceptance of Technical Data Guidelines

By accessing, downloading, caching, or incorporating Coir Club Technical Data Sheets (TDS), CAD geometry envelopes, ASTM certification filings, or dynamic transit shock deflection curves into project specifications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Spec Use. If you are an engineering contractor or packaging specifier representing an enterprise or municipal entity, you affirm authority to bind said entity.

2. Empirical Testing Baseline & Laboratory Tolerances

All empirical metrics—including ASTM D4595 wide-width tensile strength (kN/m), ASTM D6400 aerobic composting degradation kinetics, and ISTA 3A dynamic transit shock absorption—represent standardized values obtained under certified conditions at our Kochi and Colombo laboratory test benches.

• Natural Agricultural Variation: As 100% natural organic upcycled coconut husk fibers, batch-to-batch lignin percentages and pith cell diameters operate within a recognized manufacturing tolerance of ±5.2%.

In no event shall Coir Club Technologies, its laboratory technicians, or logistics affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unverified slope anchors, improper soil preparation, or structural failures caused by loading beyond rated ASTM specifications.
